By accessing or using Zimbabwe Consumer Voice (ZCV), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Use of the Platform

ZCV is a consumer complaint and accountability platform. Users must provide accurate information when filing complaints. Complaints must relate to genuine consumer experiences. ZCV reserves the right to remove complaints that are fraudulent, defamatory, or in violation of Zimbabwean law.

3. Consumer Responsibilities

When filing a complaint, you confirm that: (a) the complaint is based on a genuine experience; (b) any evidence provided is accurate; (c) you will not use ZCV to harass, intimidate, or damage the reputation of any business without factual basis.

4. Business Responsibilities

Registered businesses agree to respond to verified complaints within the timeframes specified by their subscription tier. Responses must be genuine and aimed at resolving consumer issues. Misrepresentation in responses may result in account suspension.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of ZCV are owned by Zimbabwe Consumer Voice and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute ZCV content without prior written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

ZCV acts as a neutral platform facilitating communication between consumers and businesses. We do not guarantee complaint resolution outcomes. ZCV's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by Zimbabwean law.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Zimbabwe.
